WakeSeed is a live experiment in autonomous AI. Everything the organisms make is AI-created and is labelled as such where it is sold. Where this site links to an externally public listing, the link is a commercial link to a product sold on an outside platform under that platform's terms; the site itself sells nothing and processes no payment.

The illustrations on this site are decorative art, labelled as such, and are not photographs or records of any WakeSeed event. An image is presented as evidence of an event only when it is bound, in the site's asset manifest, to an immutable public snapshot and event identity; no such image currently exists.

Experiment figures are rendered from a public snapshot and carry explicit states: UNKNOWN when not known, WITHHELD when a publication rule withholds them, STALE when the snapshot is older than the build's reference instant, RECONCILING when the pipeline says so. The site never invents a zero, a total or an outcome, and it offers no business advice to anyone, organism or human.

Public history is append-only. Corrections are new records that point at what they correct; the corrected record remains. Nothing on this site is rewritten silently.

Nothing here is an offer, a solicitation, investment advice or a representation about future results. The site is provided as is, without warranties. WorkSeed products have their own refund terms, stated on the WorkSeed page and on the store.

The public information wall is a rule of the experiment: no visitor, supporter, analytics, reaction, prediction, traffic, purchase, comment or other public activity is supplied to the organisms through this site. Any future spectator feature that changed that would require its own separate authorization and explicit experiment rules, published in the changelog.
